Content & Social Media Specialist
Sebagai Content and Social Media Specialist, kamu akan bertanggung jawab dalam membuat konten berkualitas tinggi yang disesuaikan dengan masing-masing platform, sekaligus menangani sisi strategis mulai dari menyusun kalender konten hingga menganalisis performa. Kamu akan bekerja sama dengan tim kreatif dan pemasaran untuk memastikan pesan brand yang konsisten, relevan, dan mampu membangun koneksi dengan audiens serta mendorong engagement.
About the Role
As a Content and Social Media Specialist, you’ll be in charge of producing high-quality, platform-specific content while also handling the strategic side from building content calendars to tracking analytics. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging that connects with our audience and drives engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create platform-optimized content (videos, reels, graphics) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook based on data-driven market and trend research.
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, tone, and quality standards.
- Manage full-cycle video production, including scriptwriting, shooting, and professional editing.
- Develop and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars.
- Monitor content performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Actively engage with followers, responding to DMs and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess potential KOLs/influencers based on performance insights and brand alignment.
- Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Write SEO-optimized blog articles, including keyword research, topic ideation, and content structure.
- Stay informed on the latest social media algorithm changes and SEO developments to keep content strategy relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor’s Degree (D4) in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent field.
- Maximum age 28 years.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist, preferably across multiple industries.
- Skilled in smartphone-based photography/videography and tools like CapCut and Canva.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling capabilities.
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends.
- Highly creative, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
- Confident on-camera with a good sense for video aesthetics and pacing.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under minimal supervision.
- Available for on-site work and flexible attendance at events, including occasional evenings or weekends.
