About The Role

Responsibilities

• Develop brand visuals and performance-driven advertising creatives for various media platforms.
• Produce animated graphics, GIFs, and short video edits for digital marketing campaigns.
• Design and prepare print materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, posters) including print-ready files with proper bleeds, margins, and color profiles.
• Design web assets including landing pages, banners, icons, and infographics.
• Create motion graphics and edit short-form promotional videos.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for campaigns and branding projects.
• Adapt and utilize AI-assisted design tools to boost creative efficiency and innovation.
• Create 3D characters and animations for engaging visual storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor’s Degree (D4) in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent field.
• Maximum age 28 years.
• At least 2 years of work experience in creative design or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), as well as CapCut, Canva, and 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Experience in designing paid social media advertisements.
• Ability to create both digital and hand-drawn illustrations (a plus).
• Experience with AI-assisted design platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of digital design standards and print production workflows.
• Basic photography and image editing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
